* 100% of the total charter booking price is due and non-refundable when reservation is made
* $50 fee to change date of a day charter/$100 fee to change the date of multi-day charters
* Changes to reserved charters must be made 60 days prior to charter date
* All boats must be returned by 5:30pm during daylight savings time and by 4:30pm the rest of the year
